  • Negotiations

    • This negotiations course hones participants' skills in handling assumptions, emotional dynamics, and effective communication through hands-on practice and interactive breakout sessions. It equips learners with tools to stay clear, committed, and balanced in real-world negotiation scenarios.

    • Meets once a week for seven sessions 9:00 - 10:30 Pacific

    • Mondays, March 10th - April 28th 2025 (no class March 31st)

    • July 14th - August 29th 2025 (specific day of the week not yet determined)

  • DAC Pioneer

    • The DAC Pioneer course empowers participants to lead impactful carbon removal initiatives, focusing on strategic project planning, stakeholder engagement, and practical application of direct air capture (DAC) technologies. Through hands-on learning and collaborative sessions, participants gain the skills needed to drive successful, scalable carbon removal efforts.

    • Meets once a week for eleven sessions 9:00 - 10:00 Pacific

    • Summer 2025 (specific day of the week not yet determined)

  • CDR + Energy ON HOLD

    • The AirMiners CDR + Energy course guides participants through the integration of carbon removal and energy solutions, covering critical topics like project finance, energy insetting, community engagement, and certification for insetting. Through expert-led sessions, participants learn practical strategies to design, finance, and implement scalable, impactful carbon removal projects.

    • Meets once a week for eight sessions 10:00 - 11:00 Pacific

  • Founders Mastermind

    • A confidential peer-to-peer learning structure to cultivate collective wisdom (business, family, and personal) with other founders working in CDR. Each group consists of 6-10 trained members that meet monthly during a 3-hour meetings led by a peer who has been trained as a moderator.

    • Monthly session meeting times are determined by the members of each group
