Tito goes to Davos for the World Economic Forum 2024
When I landed back from COP28 I thought I wouldn’t be traveling for awhile.
Then I heard about what was happening in Davos at the World Economic Forum.
I was thinking about everything I see AirMiners are up to, people starting companies, making deals, quitting their jobs to go to work on carbon removal. And when an advisor recommended I check out Davos, I was like “yeah let’s do it”.
Going to Davos is very much in line with everything I’m hearing from the AirMiners community. It’s very much in line with that we’re out to change the world. That “let’s fucking go” energy.
The World Economic Forum in Davos is this big annual convening for governments, business leaders, and investors. I’m there to speak with people about the need for carbon removal. And I’m also there to meet with investors about what’s next to fund carbon removal.
I’m in awe of the work of the 118 startup companies that have graduated from Launchpad, the 3,300 people who attended our online events last year, the 150 new Boot Up graduates, and the whole AirMiners team.
In light of all that, of course I’m going. Where else would I be? Davos is the place to be sharing that message January 15th - 19th.
It’s go time!
Tito
P.S. Same thing I said on the way to COP28 – If you have contacts with family offices, sovereigns, or other investors attending WEF Davos, I would appreciate introductions.
Here’s a message you can use to share:
Tito is the CEO of AirMiners. He’s in Davos for the WEF meeting in Davos engaging with investors, family offices, and sovereigns about removing a billion tons of carbon dioxide by 2030. Would you be interested in arranging a meeting with him at the event?
